Browning Estate Management Association (BEMA) is a type of Tenant Management Organisation (TMO) which was developed in the early nineties before the introduction of the Housing (Right to Manage) Regulations. The EMA is registered with the Financial Services Authority under the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1968 registration number 27554R.
We judge what we do by our social impact i.e. activities providing additional support (e.g. education, employment, training etc), in addition to delivering housing management services.
In a country in the midst of a financial crisis, we must show that what we do makes a difference to our tenants’ lives and their chances in succeeding in their aspirations.
